Yorktown Museum
The Yorktown Museum was founded in 1966 and dedicates itself to preserving the past and enriching the future. Explore some of the museum’s permanent exhibits and learn about Yorktown’s rich history as you travel from an early Mohegan settlement to an 18th century home. See how farming and the “Old Put” railroad shaped our local culture and use the Auser Research Room to find genealogical information, old photographs and documents, maps and more!
The museum is located on the top floor of the Yorktown Community Cultural Center at 1974 Commerce St, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598.
Museum hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 4pm and Saturdays from 1pm to 4pm.
